Adjudication (international law)

The adjudication called - for the acquisition or loss of territory - the allocation of territorial sovereignty over a territory or the territorial sovereignty of a State by an international court , arbitration or international organizations . However, it is necessary for the states concerned to recognize that the institution is responsible for making decisions.
