Administración Nacional de Puertos (building)
The Administración Nacional de Puertos is a building in the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo .
The office building, built in 1940, is located in Ciudad Vieja on Rambla 25 de Agosto de 1825 160 and Guaraní 1598 and Piedras 1571 streets . The architects of the building were Beltrán Arbeleche and Miguel A. Canale , who had won second prize in a competition organized three years earlier. The 28-meter-high, seven-storey structure houses the National Port Authority of the same name, Administración Nacional de Puertos (ANP), and has a floor area of 6,323 m². The building, which is architecturally modern , is in a good state of preservation.
