Adrian Viveash (born September 30, 1969 in Swindon ) is the current U-21 coach of Chelsea FC .

Player career

Viveash played more than 400 Premier League league games and became known as a central defender, particularly in his hometown town of Swindon and Walsall .

He ended his playing career at Cirencester Town, in the Southern Football League .

Coaching career

Adrian Viveash coached Cirencester Town in 2007 until he was offered to coach the Chelsea Academy in 2008. He quickly became involved in the U15 and U16 age groups and was promoted to U16 manager for the 2009/10 season. He also worked closely with U18 manager Dermot Drummy.

In July 2011 Viveash got the job of youth team manager due to the promotion of Drummy to Reserve Team Manager. He won two FA Youth Cups in three years. In May 2014 he received the UEFA Pro license.

In June 2014 he was promoted to U21 manager.
