The Aenova Group is a German pharmaceutical company owned by Apollo 8 GmbH based in Starnberg . Aenova acts as a contract manufacturer for various pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. The products are manufactured, packaged and delivered in the form of tablets, hard capsules and suppositories, as well as in powder form, as an ointment or as a liquid preparation. The company also offers services in the field of contract research and development, analysis, consulting and distribution.
The Aenova Group was created in 2008 through the merger of the companies Dragenopharm and Swiss Caps . The headquarters were in the municipality of Pähl . In 2012 the Temmler Group was taken over by Aenova. Temmler became known mainly through the introduction of the Pervitin brand . In the same year, the investment company BC Partners took over all Aenova's shares from Bridgepoint Capital and other shareholders.
