BC Partners Limited is a European investment company with headquarters in London and additional offices in Hamburg, Paris, Milan, Geneva and New York. It specializes in buyouts and the financing of corporate takeovers with a focus on internationally active, market-leading companies. Since it was founded in 1986, BC Partners has made 71 acquisitions, with a combined enterprise value of EUR 66 billion (as of June 2010).

Since 2015, Stefan Beschke has been co- chairman of the company alongside Raymond Svider .
