Africa & Science , addition: Journal for scientific research with an interest in Africa and Africans , is a multilingual specialist journal for African studies that has been published in Frankfurt am Main since 2006 .

Africa & Science, with the parallel titles Africa & Wissenschaft , Afrique & Science , was launched in 2006 with Volume 1, 2006, Issue 1, on the initiative of the African Development Initiative (ADI eV) based in Frankfurt am Main. The journal is interdisciplinary, appears once a year and consists of a print and an electronic version. The contributions are in German, English and French.

The editor is the native Cameroonian Léonard Jamfa.

Africa & Science offers African scientists in German-speaking countries the opportunity to present their research and research work on Africa to a broad audience. The magazine aims to convey Africa through the eyes of Africans in a scientific setting.

The print version, which has been published annually since 2006, contains contributions by well-known African scientists.
