Agias (son of Agelochus)
Agias ( ancient Greek Ἀγίας ) was an Elier from the priestly family of Iamidai , who performed the oracle service in the oracle of Olympia .
He was the son of Agilochus and a grandson of the seer Tisamenus , who was in the service of Sparta . According to Pausanias, he prophesied the victory of Lysander at the battle of Aigospotamoi , after which all Athenian ships but ten should be seized. After the successful battle, a bronze statue was erected for him in Sparta.
