Ahd 54 ( Arabic عهد 54, DMG ʿAhd 54  'Pact 54') is an Algerian party led by human rights activist Ali Fawzi Rebaine .

Ali Fawzi Rebaine claims that he founded the first Algerian human rights organization. The party's name is an allusion to the start of the Algerian War in November 1954. In the 2007 parliamentary elections , the party received 2.26% of the vote and two of the 380 seats in the Algerian parliament . In the 2012 elections she received 3 seats with only 1.29% of the vote.
