The Arbeitsrecht im Betrieb Verlagsgesellschaft mbH - AiB-Verlag for short - was based in Frankfurt am Main and published mainly labor and social law specialist magazines for works and staff councils .

history

The publishing house was a subsidiary of the Frankfurter Bund-Verlag . It was spun off from the publishing house in 1996 to bring together the magazine business. In 2008 the company was reintegrated into the Bund-Verlag.

distribution

The name-giving journal Arbeitsrecht im Betrieb was at the time, with a circulation of around 23,000 copies per month, according to the publisher, the highest-circulation trade journal for works councils in Germany.

In addition to the works councils and staff councils , the publisher's digital and print media are aimed at all groups of people who deal with the company representation of employees: women and equality officers as well as members of youth and trainee representatives , representatives for severely disabled persons , union members and lawyers . For works and staff councils, the publisher organized around 200 seminars a year on various topics relating to corporate interest representation .
