Akane Yamaguchi
Akane Yamaguchi ( Japanese 山口 茜 , Yamaguchi Akane ; born June 6, 1997 in Fukui Prefecture ) is a Japanese badminton player .
Career
Akane Yamaguchi won gold with the Japanese team and bronze in the women's singles at the 2012 Asian Junior Badminton Championship . At the Osaka International 2012 she finished fifth in the individual. In the same year she took part in the Singapore International , but retired after qualifying in the first round of the main field. At the Japan Super Series 2012 she was ninth in doubles and 17th in singles.
