The Al-Nahyan Stadium ( Arabic ملعب آل نهيان, DMG Malʿab Āl Nahyān ) is a stadium in Abu Dhabi .
The Arab first division soccer team al-Wahda plays its home games in this stadium. In 1995 the stadium opened. The stadium holds 12,000 spectators and is one of the smaller stadiums in the United Arab Emirates .
The stadium was the venue for eight games, including two round of 16, as part of the 2003 Junior World Cup . The stadium was named after the ruling family Āl Nahyān.
