Albert Bauer (actor)
Albert Bauer (born around 1865 in Magdeburg ; died October 18, 1931 in Coburg ) was a German theater actor and director .
Life
Bauer, who had been on the stage since the late 1880s, came to Torgau in 1888, to Linz in 1889, to Zwickau in 1891, to Lodz in 1892, to Metz in 1893, to Neisse in 1894, to Düsseldorf in 1894, worked at the Friedrich Wilhelmstädtischer Theater in Berlin from 1896 to 1899, 1900 in Rostock, then went to Königsberg, where he made his debut as “Wallenstein” and, after a very successful guest appearance, was signed for the court theater in Weimar. The artist also worked as a director.
His life after 1902 is unknown.
