Alberta's Sereika
Albertas Sereika (born June 7, 1966 in Šumas , Varėna district ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
In 1967 Sereika graduated from Varėna Middle School with the Abitur. From 1973 to 1974 he studied in Varėna I and from 1974 to 1982 at the Čiurlionis Art School in Vilnius . After graduating from secondary school in Varėna in 1985, he served in the Soviet Army until 1987 . From 1988 to 1993 he completed his degree in history at the Vilniaus valstybinis universitetas . From 1992 to 2004 he headed the Alytus von Valstybės saugumo departamentas department . In 2004 he was an advisor to the President of Lithuania Rolandas Paksas . From 2004 to 2008 he was a member of the Seimas .
From 2004 he was a member of the Tvarka ir teisingumas and from 2005 the Lietuvos socialdemokratų partija .
He is married and has a son and a daughter.
