architecture
The building is located near the junction between Albertusstrasse and Kaiserstrasse, directly opposite Konrad-Adenauerplatz.
Eaves , four-axis and three-storey building under a mansard roof and a heavily structured, historic stucco facade . On the 1st floor the cornice and base sill cranked around the beam . A balcony in front of the two central axes , supported by three heavy consoles . Stucco-framed high-angle windows under strong roofing. On the 2nd floor sill cornice, high rectangular windows in stucco frame under roof, plaster arches above with wedge stone masonry . Under the eaves cornice frieze zone with stucco decorations ( festoons ), plate facade with plaster strips.
