Alejandro Beraldi

Alejandro Beraldi (* in Buenos Aires ) is an Argentinian violinist, conductor and music teacher.

Beraldi studied violin with Ljerko Spiller at the Colegium Musicum de Buenos Aires . He continued his training with Rafael Wainhaus , José Bondar and Pablo Saraví and at the Conservatorio Nacional de Música "Carlos López Buchardo" with Szymsia Bajour and studied chamber music with Mónica Cosachov . He perfected his education & a. with Alberto Lysy (1981–1987), María Vischnia (1984–1985), Max Rostal (1985) and León Spierer (1989).

In 1984 Beraldi took part in the Encuentro Latinoamericano de Juventudes Musicales in Trujillo at the invitation of the Peruvian government , and in the following year he became a member of the Orquesta Latinoamericana de Juventudes Musicales in Uruguay under the direction of Isaac Karavschevsky . He then played u. a. in the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional , the Orquesta Filarmónica de Buenos Aires and finally in the orchestra of the Teatro Colón .

In 1993, Beraldi was hired by the Fundación Antorchas for the Presencias project to organize concerts at educational institutions in Buenos Aires. In 1996 he organized and directed the Primera Semana Internacional de Música de Concepción del Uruguay at the invitation of the Escuela Superior de Música de Concepción . Since 1997 he has directed the Orquesta de Cámara Juvenil de Buenos Aires , with which he a. a. took part in the international youth orchestra competitions at the Teatro Alvear and Teatro Colón . In 2003 he performed with the orchestra in the great hall of the Teatro Colón in the concert series El Colón por dos pesos . In 2003, in collaboration with the Municipal Conservatory of Buenos Aires, he organized the first competition in the Generación XXI series .

Beraldi also taught at the Municipal Conservatory and the "Manuel de Falla" Conservatory in Buenos Aires and at the Provincial Conservatory of Morón, performed as a violin soloist in Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay, and in 1998 published the first volume of the violin school Iniciación al violín .
