Aleksandar Luković (born October 23, 1982 in Kraljevo , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a former Serbian football player . He is a defender and current national player. In the summer of 2010, the Russian club Zenit Saint Petersburg signed him . Before that he was under contract with the Italian first division club Udinese Calcio , after he was already active with Ascoli Calcio in Italy and with Red Star Belgrade and Sloga Kraljevo and Jedinstvo Ub in his home country.
