Aleksandras Spruogis
Aleksandras Spruogis (originally Prochorov , the new name after his wife Spruogytė; born July 15, 1963 ) is a Lithuanian politician, Deputy Minister of Russian origin.
Life
Prochorov graduated from Vilniaus inžinerinis statybos institutas and received his PhD in environmental engineering from Vilniaus Gedimino technikos universitetas . He was an advisor in the Seimas . From 2003 he worked in the Lithuanian Ministry of the Environment , from 2009 Minister Advisor and then Vice Minister (Deputy to Gediminas Kazlauskas ). Since March 2013 he has been Deputy Minister in the Lithuanian Ministry of Energy , Deputy Minister Jaroslavas Neverovičius (* 1976). Since May 2013 he has been chairman of the supervisory board of AB " Litgrid ".
He is married.
