Bartošová won second place at the Lahti Ski Games in 1970 and third place in the relay in 1971. At the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo , she finished 27th over 10 km, 16th over 5 km and sixth place with the relay. She had her greatest international success at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1974 in Falun . There she won the bronze medal with the relay. At the beginning of March 1974, she won the Lahti Ski Games with the relay and finished third in the 10 km run. She completed her last international race at the 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck . There she ran to 35th place over 10 km and sixth place with the relay.
At the Czechoslovak Championships Bartošová won seven times with the relay (1969-1975) and once over 10 km (1973).
