Alessandro Benetton

Alessandro Benetton (born March 2, 1964 ) is the son of Luciano Benettons and Executive Vice President of the Benetton Group and board member of Edizione srl, the holding company of the Benetton family, and of Autogrill .

Alessandro Benetton earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University in 1987 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1991 .

He began his professional career in London with Goldman Sachs in Global Finance. He was President of Benetton Formula from 1988 to 1998. During this period, he won two drivers 'world championship titles and one constructors' world championship in Formula 1 .

He is a member of the Confindustria Committee and the Advisory Committee of Robert Bosch International Beteiligungen AG in Zurich. He is also the president and founder of 21 Investimenti , founded in 1992 as an acceptance bank. Group 21 operates as a private equity fund with 1,000 million euros in assets under management and participations, which mainly focus on France and Italy.
