Alessia (singer)
Alessia , bourgeois Elena Baboia , (born February 18, 1983 in Constanța ) is a Romanian dance , house and pop singer and former member of the band Oxygen .
Career
Baboia took singing and dancing lessons from the age of 14. She has been under contract with Red Clover Media since 2010 . In the same year Baboia released her first single Boro na sou po , which quickly became a hit and stayed in the Romanian charts for several weeks. In 2011 the song was the most played in the country and received several awards; including the top hit New Entry . In the same year, the single Find Me (Ale Ale) was released , which was also very successful and stayed in the Romanian Top Ten for a long time . The song was the most played in the summer of 2011 in Romania.
In 2012 Baboia released the song Everyday . With the success that ensued , she worked with Boier Bibescu , Preston, Chuco and Don Baxter . At the end of the year she released the single Ale Kumaye , but it was less successful. The song was produced by Allexinno & Starchild .
Alessia is married, the couple has an adopted daughter (* 2000) and a son (* 2017).
