Alex Gardner (born July 23, 1991 in Edinburgh ) is a Scottish singer.

Life

Gardner grew up in a musical atmosphere. His mother played the violin in an orchestra and his older brother in a heavy metal band. He received piano lessons at the age of five and guitar lessons at ten . At 16 he left school in Edinburgh and moved to London to start his music career there. He wrote his first big hit, "I'm not mad," when he was 13 years old.
