Alexa - I fight against your kilos! was a German television show from 2011 to 2013. The show was moderated by the German nutritionist and television presenter Alexa Iwan .
concept
Alexa took care of families who should change their diet. To do this, she drove to their home, advised, checked and coached them for several days. In some cases this also required overnight stays. Then she worked out a plan of action and presented it to the family and gave cooking and shopping tips. The weight of the protagonists was to be reduced and their health increased.
Production and broadcast
The first official episode was broadcast on July 11, 2011 on RTL . A pilot episode started on April 17, 2011. The show was produced between 2011 and 2013. This resulted in 12 episodes and 2 seasons. Since January 28, 2016 some of the episodes have been broadcast on Super RTL's Thursday evening program .
