Alexander-Kenneth Nagel

Alexander-Kenneth Nagel (* 1978 ) is a German religious scholar.

biography

From 2000 to 2005 he studied religious studies and sociology at the University of Bremen and graduated from both courses with a diploma. In 2008 he was awarded a doctorate for a thesis on the institutional constitution of political networks. rer. pole. PhD. From 2009 to 2014 Nagel was junior professor and later university professor at the University of Bochum . Since 2015 he has been Professor of Religious Studies with a focus on social science religion research at the University of Göttingen .

He has been a member of the Migration Council since 2011 .
