The single - storey half-timbered house with three gable sides, a thatched roof with crooked hip and the veranda at the back was built in 1930 in the interwar period in a country house style for Mally Schmidt. The decorative, cross-shaped arrangement of the framework, which is rather rare in northern Germany, is remarkable.
Today (2018) the house is used for living.
