Alexander Absenger
Alexander Absenger (* 1985 ) is an Austrian actor .
Life
Alexander Absenger grew up in Graz . From 2005 to 2009 he studied acting at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna and played as a guest at the Drachengasse Theater , the Off-Theater and the Theater der Jugend .
After completing his studies, he was engaged as a permanent member of the ensemble at the Magdeburg Theater and was also head of the improvisation group. This was followed by productions at the Osnabrück Theater , where he played under the direction of Lilli-Hannah Hoepner, and at the Theater der Jugend in Vienna.
He has been playing at the Theater in der Josefstadt since 2013 and has been a permanent member of the ensemble since 2014. The 2017/18 season began with Ernst Lothar's play The Angel with the Trumpet . He appeared on television in 2017 in an episode of the series Quickly determined . Absenger also works as a spokesperson for commercials.
