Alexandra Haberkamp

Alexandra Haberkamp (* 1966 in Zell an der Mosel ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Haberkamp first completed an apprenticeship as a legal clerk and then studied law at the University of Cologne . After her two state examinations in law, she joined the higher judicial service of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in 1995 . There she was initially employed at the Neuwied District Court and the Koblenz Regional Court . In 1999, after the end of her trial reporting period in Koblenz, she was appointed judge at the regional court. From October 2000 to September 2003 she was seconded to the Federal Court of Justice as a research assistant . In March 2007 she moved to the Koblenz Higher Regional Court as a judge . In March 2015, Haberkamp was elected judge at the Federal Court of Justice. She was assigned to the Fifth Civil Senate , which is primarily responsible for land, neighboring and residential property law , and took up her new position on September 1, 2015.
