Alexei Alexeyevich Schkwarzew ( Russian : Алексей Алексеевич Шкварцев ) ( 1900 - 1970 ) was a Soviet diplomat and textile scientists.

Alexei Schkwarzew took over the post of Soviet ambassador to Germany in September 1939. In the months before, Georgi Astachow had represented Ambassador Alexei Merekalov, who had been ordered back to Moscow, during the negotiations on the Hitler-Stalin Pact . Shkwarzew showed little suitability for the office and was replaced on November 26, 1940 by Vladimir Dekanosow .
