Alfred Eversbusch (* 1885 ; † 1966 ) was a German entrepreneur.

The villa of the Ankerwerk founder Friedrich Adolf Richter , which was later acquired by Eversbusch

He was born in 1885 as the son of a foundry operator of the same name from Neustadt an der Weinstrasse . At the age of 28, the technology enthusiast Eversbusch founded the Pfalz-Flugzeugwerke with the financial participation of his close family and that of several co-shareholders, including the industrialist Richard Kahn . This enterprise was sponsored directly by the Bavarian government. During flight attempts, Eversbusch suffered a slight injury that same year. Together with Kahn, the Rhenania engine factory was founded in 1917 to manufacture aircraft engines. However, this company was completely taken over by Kahn in the year it was founded and incorporated into its Kahn Group . In 1921, Alfred Eversbusch became the main shareholder of the anchor factory in Rudolstadt . He divided the anchor work into several individual companies, but continued to maintain the connection through his person. Eversbusch moved into Richter's villa in Rudolstadt around 1921. In 1953 the manufacturer Eversbusch was expropriated and the anchor factory was converted into the “VEB anchor factory Rudolstadt”.

After German reunification , heirs of Eversbusch tried to get the Richtersche Villa back by transferring it back on the basis of the Property Act . However, due to its use as a kindergarten, this was not possible. The members of the community of heirs then refrained from a judicial dispute, but received a right of first refusal. After being used as a kindergarten, the Richtersche Villa playhouse was built . In 2009, however, the city planned to sell the house and use it for commercial purposes. In this context, the Spielhaus Richtersche Villa e. V. moved and took the name Spielhof Debrahöhe eV according to its new club headquarters . After a two-year legal dispute with the city, some of the heirs from the old federal states made use of their right of first refusal and bought the villa from the city. The Rudolstadt-based company Linienwert GmbH has been tenant in the building since the beginning of 2014.
