Alfred Fischer (judge)

Alfred Fischer (born December 14, 1919 - June 17, 2004 ) was a judge at the Federal Administrative Court from 1966 to 1987 . Most recently he was chairman of the 2nd Senate ( civil service and staff representation law ). He was a commentator on staff representation law. At the beginning of the 1990s he worked as the federal government's representative at the Treuhandanstalt .
