Alfred Müller-Edler

Alfred Müller-Edler (mostly abbreviated AME ; born June 20, 1875 in Wernigerode ; died February 21, 1960 in Hamburg-Bergedorf ) was a German hermetic , alchemist and esoteric writer. He was friends with Gustav Meyrink , who had him appear as "Baron Müller" in The Angel from the Western Window (1927). Müller-Edler also made contributions to the Alchemistic Pages published by Otto Wilhelm Barth .
