Alger Island is an uninhabited island in the Australian Northern Territory .
Located seven kilometers from mainland Australia, the island is 7.7 kilometers long, 1.6 kilometers wide and about 845.3 hectares in size. Nearby are the islands of Warnawi Island , Graham Island and Elcho Island .
