Alica Panikian ( Bulgarian Алис Паникян ; born May 23, 1985 in Sofia , Bulgaria ) is a Canadian model of Bulgarian- Armenian origin.

Alicia Panikian was born in Bulgaria. She immigrated to Canada with her parents when she was five years old. On March 21, 2006, she was crowned Miss Universe Canada and represented Canada in the Miss Universe election in the same year. In 2007 she was supposed to represent Canada in the Miss International election, but could not participate due to scheduling reasons. She is studying English and Communication Science at York University in Toronto with the aim of becoming a journalist or presenter on a television talk show.
