Aljaxej Schybko ( Russian Алексей Шибко ; born September 27, 1977 ) is a former Belarusian ski jumper .

Schybko made his debut in the Ski Jumping World Cup on December 12, 1997 . In jumping from the normal hill in Harrachov he reached the 47th place. Four weeks later he was able to win his only two World Cup points with 29th place in Ramsau am Dachstein . With these points he finished 93rd place in the overall World Cup ranking at the end of the 1997/98 season . At the ski flying world championship in 1998 in Oberstdorf Schybko flew to 39th place. Despite a lack of success, he was included in the roster for the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano . There he reached the 40th place on the normal hill and 55th place on the large hill. In 2000 he ended his active ski jumping career.
