Gallery grave 1

Gallery tomb 1 is about 7.2 m long. Its width varies between 0.5 m and 0.9 m. It is surrounded by a hill about 15.0 m in diameter and a maximum height of 0.4 m. The orthostats are made of millstone ( French Silex meulier ). An intermediate plate reported by R. Marchadier and M. Secondat in 1935 has disappeared. The partially collapsed complex was covered by three cap stones. The largest is about 3.0 m long, 2.3 m wide and 0.4 m thick and lies diagonally against the bearing stones.
