The All for One Group AG (formerly All for One Steeb AG, AC-Service AG and All for One Midmarket AG ) is a consulting and IT company; the headquarters of the listed stock corporation is in Filderstadt .
The All for One Group AG portfolio includes management, process and IT consulting as well as IT services. With over 1,800 employees (as of 2019), the company looks after more than 2,000 mostly medium-sized customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The company is majority owned by the Austrian holding companies , Unternehmens Invest AG (approx. 25%), UIAG Informatik-Holding GmbH (approx. 25%) and BEKO HOLDING GmbH & Co KG (approx. 12%).
history
The history of the company goes back to the Wettingen-based AC-Automation Center AG , which was founded in 1959 . AC-Automation Center AG , which emerged from the outsourcing of the AMAG Group's IT services , offered data processing services to companies without their own IT systems as part of the outsourcing and later expanded as AC-Service GmbH to Germany and Austria.
The second part of All for One Steeb AG (until April 1, 2019, then All for One Group AG), All for One Systemhaus GmbH Midmarket Solutions , goes back to All for One Systemhaus AG . 2006 of which was All for One Systemhaus AG outsourced All for One Systemhaus GmbH Midmarket Solutions GmbH from the AC-Service AG adopted. As part of the realignment of the AC Group to become a full -service SAP provider for medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries, AC-Service AG and the now renamed All for One Midmarket Solutions & Services GmbH were merged to form All for One Midmarket AG .
At the end of August 2009, All for One Midmarket AG sold its 95 percent stake in AC-Service (Schweiz) AG to Bedag Informatik AG.
On December 1, 2011, All for One Midmarket AG took over the SAP subsidiary Steeb Application Systems GmbH and renamed itself All for One Steeb in March 2012 .
