Allan Stratton

Allan Stratton (* 1951 in Stratford , Ontario ) is a Canadian actor and writer .

Live and act

Allan Stratton began his theater career as an actor, later he successfully wrote plays himself. What nobody talks about is already his second novel for young people. For this book he researched for several months in South Africa , Zimbabwe and Botswana , in close contact with projects there for AIDS prevention and care for those infected with and suffering from AIDS. The novel received various prizes, including the “Children's Africana Book Award”, which annually honors five particularly balanced and authentic children's and young people's books on Africa.

Today he lives in Toronto, after stops in North America and Europe.
