Alliance Oil is a Russian oil company that is officially registered in Bermuda . The company operates an oil refinery in Khabarovsk and almost 300 filling stations in the Russian Far East . In 2014 Alliance Oil produced 20.7 million barrels and refined 33.1 million barrels of oil.
The company was created in 2008 through the merger of the Swedish West Siberian Resources with the Russian Aljans . Until it was taken over by the Baschajew family in 2013, the company was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
