The Alliance Partners SAS is an operational part of the insurance group Allianz SE , the market under the brand alliance Assistance, Allianz Automotive, Travel Alliance and Alliance Care occurs and in the world Assistance - and insurance industry operates.

In 1950, the Swiss Elvia was founded as a travel insurance subsidiary of Helvetia Accident Insurance (see Helvetia Insurance ). Today's company Mondial Assistance sees this year as the beginning of the company's history. In 1974 SACNAS-Mondial Assistance was founded in France. Assurances générales de France (AGF; since 2009 Allianz France ) became a shareholder in 1979.
In 2000, Elvia Reiseversicherungs-Gesellschaft and SACNAS-Mondial Assistance merged and founded the Mondial Assistance holding . On January 1, 2007 , the four French subsidiaries of Allianz (Mondial Assistance, France Secours, Elvia and SSC) merged to form Mondial Assistance .
On January 1, 2011, Mondial Assistance was renamed Allianz Global Assistance SAS . On January 1, 2014, the company's name was changed to Allianz Worldwide Partners SAS . and on October 16, 2017 in Allianz Partners SAS
