The Federal State Unitary Enterprise All-Russian Research Institute of Physical and Technical and radio technical measurements ( Russian Всероссийский научно-исследовательский институт физико-технических и радиотехнических измерений , known by the acronym VNIIFTRI ) is a Russian metrology -Institut.

The institute is located in Mendeleevo (Moscow) and was founded in 1955. It operates the national time service .
