The Alpenstraßen-AG , ASG for short , was the successor operating company of the merged Arlberg Straßentunnel AG and the Brenner Autobahn AG from 1993 to 2005 . The share capital of ASG was 43.6 million euros when it was founded. The shareholders were ASFINAG , the state of Tyrol and Vorarlberg . The main task of the ASG was the administration of the Brenner motorway ( A 13 ) and the Arlberg expressway ( S 16 ) as well as the collection of the toll.
