Old ships: magazine for the construction, maintenance and use of historical sailing and motor vehicles was a magazine about historical sailing and motor ships , which appeared bimonthly from October 1990 to August 1995 in 24 issues. The publisher was the RKE publishing house in Kiel . The publishing house had a profile specially geared towards shipping history. In terms of content, the series of magazines offered extensive specialist articles on historical and shipbuilding topics, reports and reports on current events such as regattas or sailing meetings as well as boat advertisements and book reviews.
