Alvydas Pumputis
Alvydas Pumputis (born July 3, 1950 in Molėtai Rayon ) is a Lithuanian constitutional lawyer , professor , until 2015 rector of the Mykolas-Romer University .
Life
In 1974 Alvydas Pumputis graduated from the Law Faculty of Vilnius University with a degree in law and received his doctorate in 1979. Since 1984 he has worked as a lecturer, since 1993 as a professor at the Police Academy of Lithuania .
From 1990 to 1991 Alvydas Pumputis was director of the Police Academy of Lithuania , from 1991 rector of the Police Academy of Lithuania, from 1997 rector of the Law University of Lithuania and until 2015 rector of the Mykolas Romer University .
