Américo García is a Uruguayan politician .

García belongs to the Partido Nacional . He sat as a deputy member of the 40th legislative period from April 2 to July 1, 1968 and from December 15, 1969 to March 14, 1970 for the Montevideo Department in the Cámara de Representantes .
