The building at Am Haupttor 12 is a listed former gas station in the city of Leuna in Saxony-Anhalt .

location

It is located northwest of Leuna city center, not far from the main gate of the Leunawerke .

Architecture and history

The petrol station was built around 1930. Elements of neoclassicism were used in the design and decoration of the functional building . Today (as of 2017) a branch of a bakery chain is housed in the house.

In the local register of monuments , the petrol station is listed as a monument under registration number 094 20774 .
