After thinking about the name of the elephant for a long time, he goes to the river where the elephants bathe. He crouches by a tree and sees that an old man is watching him. The man walks up to him and asks why he looked so depressed. Amalendu replied that he couldn't think of a name for his elephant. The old man says that he once had an elephant named Narayan. Amalendu likes this name so much that he calls his elephant that too. Amalendu and Narayan have many exciting adventures together.
