Amblada

Amblada ( Greek  Ἄμβλαδα ) was an ancient city in the Pisidia region of Asia Minor in what is now Turkey. According to Strabo , it was on the border with Phrygia and Caria.

Amblada coins are known from the Roman Empire. In late antiquity the city was the seat of a bishop. The titular diocese of Amblada of the Roman Catholic Church goes back to the diocese . in the 4th century the Arian theologian Aëtios was exiled to Amblada.
