American Football Women's World Cup

The Women's American Football World Championship , officially the IFAF World Senior Women's Football Championship , is an American football competition hosted by the International Federation of American Football (IFAF) . The first edition took place in Stockholm in 2010 between the women's national teams of Canada , Sweden , Finland , Austria , Germany and the United States . The USA became the first winner with a 66-0 win in the final against Canada. Germany lost the game for third place 18:26 against Finland.

The second American Football Women's World Cup was held in 2013 in Vantaa , Finland . The women's national teams of the USA, Canada, Finland, Germany, Sweden and Spain took part in this World Cup. For the second time, the USA team became world champions (2009 & 2013).
