Ampang Line

As Ampang Line is called a light rail system in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur , which formerly under the name STAR LRT was known.

The route network, opened in 1996, consists of two routes, which are bundled halfway. Together, the two routes are 27 kilometers long and consist of 25 stops. At several stations, passengers can transfer to the other light rail systems, such as the KL Monorail or the Kelana Jaya Line .

The former operating company STAR implemented the LRT (Light Rail Transport) system in three phases. The last to be opened was the extension of Sultan Ismail to Sentul Timur .
