Public Actuary (Baden)

The official actuary belonged to the auxiliary staff of a district office . Until the introduction of the district courts in Baden in 1857, he kept minutes at the court of first instance within the district office. He took care of the official registration , moved in the sports and did the copying work of the office. Like the rest of the support staff, he was a certified clerk.
