The Stolberg District Court was a district court that was located in Stolberg (Rhld.) Until March 31, 1973 and was subordinate to the Aachen District Court . Since then, his district has belonged entirely to the Eschweiler District Court . The places Büsbach , Gressenich and Stolberg, which belonged to the judicial district of Eschweiler as early as 1808 (today all of the town of Stolberg) were returned to Eschweiler in 1973.

Since 1973, the building has been used by law firms as the company headquarters.
